Our Information Security
Management System（ISMS)
Cybozu(maker of Kintone) offers and operates an information sharing platform, and its user base is expanding worldwide. Based on our corporate vision of "creating a society brimming with teamwork," we work to develop products and provide services that make it easy to implement complex information management systems, and as a result, many companies have adopted our products and services for daily use.
Under these circumstances, we recognize that it is our social responsibility and a necessity to uphold information security requirements, protect the security of information assets and personal information, and provide our customers, related companies, and partners a level of security.
The "ISMS Policy" is hereby established to serve as the guideline for how its directors and employees continuously implement information security measures.

Purpose
Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets and provide reliable business continuity.
Article 2
Implementation matters
- Establish an information security management system, and periodically review and improve it through management reviews to ensure that it is appropriate, compliant, and effective with respect to security and this policy.
- Policies and goals are to be communicated to all employees through education, meetings, instructions, and publicity.
- Conduct annual risk analysis of information assets and establish management measures.
- Establish procedures for preventing security incidents and accidents, and ensure that all employees are familiar with them.
