System Requirements
Kintone’s system requirements are as follows:
Web Browsers
Kintone can be operated via web browser.

- Only web browsers running on client operating systems are supported.
- In addition, the following technologies are not supported:
- General
- Internet Explorer mode of Microsoft Edge
- ESR version of Firefox
- Kintone Users & System Administration
- Smartphones and tablet devices

The two latest versions of iOS * 'The two latest versions' refers to the current and the immediately prior major version of the iOS. For example, if the latest major version of the iOS is 18, it means iOS Version 17 and iOS Version 18. Also, please use the latest minor version update of the iOS. The minor version update refers to the part after the decimal point in the iOS version (e.g., if the latest minor version is iOS 18.4.1, it means the '.4.1' update). |

Points to Note
- Regardless of what is stated on this page, Kintone does not support technologies (operating systems, web browsers, etc.) that are no longer supported by their manufacturer.
We are not able to provide support for issues associated with these technologies. - If you have implemented access restrictions based on IP address or other factors, you will need to allow the IP address and domain used by Kintone. Please refer to the manual for details.
